Each time you make a purchase throughout the year, you’ll earn a 10% credit that you can apply toward any purchases made during the month of January of the following year. In order to receive the 10% credit on your purchases, your total spend between January 1st and December 31st of a calendar year must reach or exceed $200 (before tax.) If your total purchases meet or exceed $400, your credit increases to 15% of total purchases!
Membership is free. To open a Registered Guest account, you can enroll online or at any terra20 retail stores. When making qualifying purchases on RGR accounts in-store, members must identify themselves with the same email address used to enroll in order for the purchases to be recorded in our system. A valid email address is also required to receive your annual in-store credit, which is sent after December 31st. If at any time your email becomes invalid, your account will be placed on hold pending receipt of updated information. Only one (1) terra20 RGR account and member ID per person is permitted at any given time. All communications about the program, including program fulfillment, will primarily be via e-mail.
If you are an existing Registered Guest of terra20 you are automatically enrolled in the program.
I live outside of Ottawa, so I do all my shopping online. Do online transactions count?
Yes, all online transactions will count towards your year-end credit.
I used to be in the Clean Start Program (my kids are too old now), can I now be enrolled in Registered Guest Rewards?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, because you already have a guest profile, you are automatically enrolled.
I'm a Saving for Change member. Can I enroll in Registered Guest Rewards as well?
No, you can only be enrolled in one loyalty program at a time.
It's January 3rd and I have yet to receive an email about my credit. How come?
Did you spend over $200 before taxes? If not, credits are only redeemed for guests who spend $200+ per calendar year. If yes, then were all transactions made on your RGR account? To inquire further, please complete an Inquiry Form.
Is the program free?
I don't live in Ottawa. Can I still enroll?
Yes! You can use your account through our website and use credits online from January 1st - February 14th.
How do I know my credit balance before January?
Our in-store associates can pull up your RGR profile and tell you the available credit as well as running total of your purchases for that year (available in store by October 20, 2015).
In order to receive the year-end credit do I need to spend $200+ every time I shop with terra20?
Not at all! To receive the year-end credit your purchases throughout the year must total $200 or more (before tax).
Does my year end credit expire?
Yes, year end credits do expire. In order to manage this program effectively we need to have an expiration date, and unfortunately cannot offer credits year round. If you are unable to shop in-store before your credit expires please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before February 13, 2017.
