Price Match Policy


At terra20 we are committed to providing competitive prices in our stores. If you find a lower price online or in-store before you purchase, we'll beat that price by 10% of the difference.


To qualify, the product must be:

  • The exact same brand & model that appears on

  • Priced in Canadian Dollars.

  • Sold or shipped by a retailer located within Canada.

  • Regular priced. Lower prices as a result of an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price do not qualify.

    Pet Policy

    Unfortunately, terra20 does not permit animals, other than Service Animals, in our stores. This is due to our requirement to maintain a clean and uncontaminated environment with our selection of makeup, personal care products, apparel, and food & supplements in designated stores.

    If it is not readily apparent that an animal is being used by a guest as a Service Animal, terra20 may request verification from the guest.

    Verification may include:

  • A letter from a physician or nurse confirming that the person requires the animal for reasons related to the disability;

  • A valid identification card signed by the Attorney General of Canada; or,

  • A certificate of training from a recognized guide dog or service animal training school.

  • The guest that is accompanied by a service animal is responsible for maintaining care and control of the animal at all times. If a health and safety concern presents itself for example in the form of a severe allergy to the animal, terra20 will make all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of all individuals.
